Poland - 1939 Scenario

September 2, 1939. Elements of the Polish 10th Mechanized Brigade (The Black Brigade) attempt to slow the advance of the German 2d Armored and 4th Light divisions at Jordanow. This was the Black Brigade's first contact with the invaders.

A relatively quick-play with you, the player, in command of a Polish company. Slow the Germans so the remainder of the Brigade can organize further resistance. How long can you hold your positions?

Polish Campaign Scenarios

I like them! ;) :D

I have about 12 maps of northern Poland finished ( I gave the map of the Pultusk area out once )...for my planned short campaign. However, with the release of CL coming...I have been debating whether or not to save my energy and create the short campaign for that game instead.

Anyway, it's good to see more 39' and 40' scenarios being produced. Keep up the great work Redleg...it's much appreciated.

Go for it now! Good practice for the other game.

I am planning on trying some more smaller Polish campaign scenarios along with some France 40.

It is fortunate that I have found enough information and maps to work from which will make them much easier to produce.

The dates, oobs, maps are a hugh part of creating these things.

Hi Redleg

Fun scenario, I managed to keep about half of the victory locations. Poor Germans had only 1 tank in running condition at the end of the battle :D

Voriax.
Yes, the Black Brigade wasn't really that successful but it made for more fun.

At first, my poor Polish forces were eaten alive! Not much fun.

I have maps that range from the area east of Mlawa down to the River Bug...all based off of actual maps of 1939 Poland, so the town and village names and rivers are all correct...and placed accordingly to the best of my ability.

Send my your email and when my new phone service is up after Wednesday perhaps I'll send you one or two to look over. ;)
