I am just about finished with my first run of Case Blue and have noticed two (very) minor bugs:

1. When you select a unit to be supplied by a Transport Corps, and want to press the Select button it is sometimes erroneously greyed out. This happens if you keep the cursor on the button for too long or scroll the screen.

2. When looking at the detailed view of the troops of the OKH unit, the scroll function is not working properly. When you scroll down, the list jumps to the top again after a short while. This means I do not have the time to see what kind of reinforcements it contains (of course I can select Type or People, but no grand overview).

I've noticed the same problem regarding point #2. A workaround for this issue is to disable the hex pop-up temporarily (or permanently if you don't need it), which will allow you to scroll through the list of replacements without causing the list to jump to the top.

I don´t know if you prefer a new post for each bug, but here comes the next one:

When you select a regiment that has its HQ aboard a transport, and then press the unit base info screen (its name according to the manual) for that regiment, my game locks up.
