Just bought and installed the game but when I try to run it I get the following message:

no suitable graphics card found.
The device creation parameters contain invalid configuration options.
This program requires pixel shader 3.0 and vertex shader 3.0

Is this something I can download or is my computer not compatable to play this game?

Your video is not up to standards for the full graphics display.

Start the game menu, nearer to the bottom of the panel is a choice for starting the game in low graphics mode. Try that.

Unfortunately I get the same message when I try playing in low mode. If my video is not up to snuff for the graphics required in the game is the only remedy to upgrade my graphics card or buy a new computer?

See if you have the PS2.0 choice from your Windows Start menu.
