Hi,
i bought the Game - tried to install by starting "PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v103" on the CD. And nothing happens at all. I hit the minimum System Requirements. Im from Germany and im pissed .
What to do now....?

Well... i activated Auto Start. Then it started up to a Point where i could choose the Language. I clicked Deutsch (German) and in the same moment the Window closed and nothing happened anymore. It doesnt Auto Start anymore and it cant be started manually. Well.....im speechless

Im not good with PCs. Im used to click on install and play the Game...I found a txt File called Panzer Corps Setup Log:

Which Windows version you have installed in your PC?

Win XP SP 3.

It seems that something is blocking Panzer Corps getting installed.
Where did you found that log txt file?
Also do you know how to start your Windows in safe mode?

I found it at C:\Windows. What should be blocking the install? I tried to turn off the Firewall - same shit. I downloaded Installation File from Matrix Games - same shit. Im getting desperate, never experienced something similiar.

Edit: i know how to start in safe Mode (hit F8 while booting, no?)

Copy PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v103.exe from the CD to your hardisk.
Start in Windows safe mode (F8 at the start of the booting), and run PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v103.exe (from your hardisk) to install Panzer Corps in your Windows.
Let's see if this works.

Tried it but nothing happening.

The Strange thing is, that at the first try i could "choose" the Language - it didnt work then as well, but at least... After that, on all other Trys absolutely nothing happens. Im getting the Windows "Sand Glass" for roundabout 5 secs - thats all. I also watched it in the Windos Task Manager - no new Tasks or anything at all seems to happen.

That seems to be an issue with the Internet Security program. Look at a similar case:

Have you completely disabled your AntiVirus and firewall?

No, i havent. Unfortunately i dont have time anymore to try this today. I thank you for your help [&o] and will try this tomorrow, ill let you know if it worked.

I disabled Firewall and Antivir - nothing. Tried it in Admin Mode - nothing either. The Link you posted was not really helpfull im looking around in the Slitherine Forum now.
