Twiddling your thumbs during mud

Kind of rhymes. The Germans in 41-42 faces this weather around 1/4-1/3 of the time. Besides building forts, converting the railnet, increasing Toe, realigning Army command, and planning future operations, what can the Germans do (besides twiddling their thumbs) ???

Rest up the panzers, plan your snow offensive, and keep down the partisans.

Good time to bring up and focus the infantry; get enough support units attached to make them as effective as possible. Substitute fresh schnitzel for the iron ration ASAP, and play for draw in 43.
