LCU problem. QBall out plz

Hi all,

i have this problem and i don't know how to solve it.

DBB scen 30. Very latest beta patch.

The 56th Division arrived at Shortland 2 months ago. When it unloaded it was on strat mode. Immediately it got divided into a parent unit (56th Div) with ONLY 10 support squads, and a fragment (56th/6 Div) with the very rest of the division.
Oh, the division, obviously wasn't getting any replacements nor upgrades.

I tried to recombine it but with no luck. I said: well, not a big deal, the bulk of the division is still active.

Then i loaded up everything into an amphib TF and send these two LCUs (56th Div and 56th/6 Div) to PM. Unloaded it safely and suddenly the division got divided into 6 more sub units (all named 56th/8).... now the division is splitted into fragments and the 56th Division has no more the combat effectiveness it had before (the fragments have very poor leaders obviously) and there seems to be no way to recombine it.

Is there any way i can solve this? Or should i simply keep on playing and act as if the division was divided into battallions?

Thx in advance

GJ

You only 5 land icons which match the 5 units (if you ignore the multiple /8s)
If you click on the 56th Div parent, does it show the multiple /8 under the OOB button?

Add the save and I'll have a look to save time.

The fragments have lost their link to the parent unit.
Do you have a save before it started unloading at PM?
Thought I had covered most cases where this could cause fragments.

I would probably disband the fragments and let the parent rebuild from those devices. But would take some time I think.

mmm... Bad option operationally for me. I'll leave them as they are, fighting in battallion units.

I eat it :-)

But is there a way to avoid these problems for the future?

Here's the save right before the last landing

Well, there seems to some confusion in these fragments on the ship as to who belongs to who?
Some of the 56 Div fragments think that are part of Sasebo 3rd.

Don't suppose you have the save of when they loaded onto the TF?

Time to beat those 0s and 1s senseless! Messing with Greyjoy's plans... Did Q-ball bribe them?
