PBEM Game Crashes at Start Replay

When I click Start Replay in PBEM, the game crashes on me. Any ideas why? Tried 3 times, all 3 times got the crash.

I am unable to reproduce your issue. Did you mod your game in any way yet?

Issue fixed after rebooting PC... not sure what happened, but seems to be working fine now.
