How about a "Russia First" 1914 scenario, where the army is geared to overrun Russia first and foremost, and then will get to the West when time allows. (I assume this would also come with an option to not invade Belgium right off the bat, and stall for time along the Western Front while taking care of Russia and Serbia.

It could be interesting... totally ahistoric, but if a modder made one I would play it! I don't think it would fit in as a scenario native to the game since it would be so ahistoric but a fun what-if!
