At a cost of 5 per shot + I think I was behind it the entire time. That's a lot of caps and I couldn't see any usage of cards either. Seems fishy to me. I don't have the log, as the game crashed later.

I thought this was recognized as a bug already in the previous version.

Thanks for the report. Do you have a save game file for this?

I don't have a savegame for it. I'll make a copy if it happens again. It was on the Mzensk mission. The tank was the T-26 which is stationed in the trees soutwest of the german starting position. I had 2 tanks south east of it, one of them was adjacent and the other I think 1 hex away or adjacent.

Here is a savegame where it has happened, and continued to happen after I saved it.
The russian riflesquad #4 near Mzensk seems to have endless shots here.
