refit v ready

Sometimes I foirget to switch units from refit to ready. Does that make a huge difference?
if they stay away from the enemy they will continue to refit
adversely if they go to contact only 20 or 25 per cent of refit active
no ill effect as others games
it too much unit in refit, no more real refit [:-]
