Rail Conversion Stumper

Version 1.06.06, 7/24/1941 turn.

See attached image for the situation. I have FBD3 (AGC) trying to convert rail hexes. Two turns ago, FBD passed through Vilnius, happily converting rail hexes as it went, stopping in the position seen in the image. Last turn I went to try and convert additional hexes and it would not allow me to do so once I moved into the next rail hex. For some reason I ignored this chalking it up to some odd reason or another and moved on. This turn when I went to convert rail hexes it still won't do it. Checking the rail line status I see that the last four rail hexes I converted are shown as damaged/cut-off and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Vilnius is obviously garrisoned fully, Kaunas is at 99% garrisoned, and the rail line all the way back to friendly lines is intact.

What simple thing am I missing here? I've swept the area for some missing Russian unit that had been bypassed and forgotten about and found nothing. I've never run into this issue before, I've converted rail lines with no trouble in multiple scenarios prior to this one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The hex SW of Vilnius needs converting - notice the loop of rail through it.  Don't worry we've all been there!

Wow. I've played through this assault as the Germans more times than I can count and hadn't missed that hex. Oops. I knew it would be something simple. And I'm also glad to know I'm not the first one to miss that...

Thanks for the help!

I think I made the same mistake in my first ever game, vs AI. :-)
