This has happened in Vista installs too. I don't believe that it affects the game.

Make sure you do not install the game into any predefined directories. Create a directory like C:\WitPAE to put your files in. Newer versions of Windows do not work well if you use the predefined directories.

J have installed in a directory c:\Games\Matrix Games\WitpAE
but j have error, always.

You could add the registry-keys yourself:
Save the following in a .reg file and execute it:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition]
"authorized"="xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx"
"version"="1.01.08r9"
"installed"="TRUE"
"installed to"="C:\\Games\\Matrix Games\\WitpAE "
"installed from"="C:"
"username"="Svenil Vecchio"
"company"=""
"code"="MG2009"
just change the values to the ones that corresponds with your system. authorized being serial key...
