DV Values Switched?

I almost hate to ask this, but does the PC game chits reverse the Front DV and Flank DV compared to the boardgame? I ask because the chits in the board game use the boxed DR value as the Flank value (which is usually lower) and the non-boxed value as the Front DV (which is usually higher). In patch v1.12 they look reversed compared to the boardgame.

I attached a screen-capture of what's in the boardgame ruleset.

Here is what's in the PC game. It looks like the DVs are reversed compared to the boardgame, or am I off-base?

Good catch. When I first started playing the board game I often confused the front/rear values since I'd thought it made more sense for the front value to be in front of the rear value. I guess I must have inadvertently programmed the dynamic numbers that way. [:)] I'll fix it.

Eric, I actually agree 100% with you. I feel the Front DV should be on the top and the Flank DV should be on the bottom; it is more intuitive. However Uwe decided on the reverse. For what it's worth, a lot of people have question that decision over the years. :)

I agree that it is better the way it is now.

If for some reason Eric decided to keep it as it is now, all he has to do is move the color box around the bottom value. The colored box represents the flank DV (meaning all around the unit) so as long as that moves, it would keep the graphical logic used on the counters.

However if Eric is striving for strict board game accuracy, he'd have to switch the values (but keep the colored box where it is).
