Minor Text Glitch - Diplomacy

I believe the text below the relation status is incorrect, appears to be just garbled. This only happens when I select central power country.

Happens to me on most of the screens no matter what side we try and play.

Which bit of text are you referring to exactly? Sorry I'm not entirely sure I've understood.

Bit hard to read but doesn't it say 'Enemy' in red below "Relation Status"?
This would be the correct Status.[&:]

I read it as Enemy as well.
