How to change language to German ?

I have just bought "Panzer Corps: Wehrmacht" as a download from Matrix Games, but i can not change the game language to german though the product page states "Language: English, German, French, Russian".
Can anybody help?

Welcome!
Update to the last patch:
http://www.matrixgames.com/products/399/downloads/
Run the game, and then you can play in German by selecting the German flag in the main menu screen.

Yes, i did not update at first start.
Updating did the trick.
