The French units appear to be getting supply from Stuttgart!! (they are on half-supply even though they are fully out of supply.

As I understand it all captured cities provide half supply to the new owner. And all captured capitals provide full supple to the new controller of the capital.

Yes, that keeps happening - I assume its just a graphics thing and the computer is not calculating winter effects?

That's a known bug which we believe is linked to loading a playing multiple games. If you quit the game completely and reload the correct graphic should show.

Orm is right, it's correct that Stuttgart provides half supply.
