Hello, I have one question about the aircarfts :

I receive one squadron of A6M2 Zero in Truk. I transfer them directly to Rabaul. But some of them were in ‘repaired’ state so they stay in Truk. On the next turn these aircraft were upgraded to A6M3 Zero. Now I have part of the squadron which are A6M2 Zero and the other part A6M3 Zero. Actually these are the only A6M3 Zero aircrafts that I have. My question is : what can I do to recompose this squadron full of A6M2 or A6M3, because the withdraw or disband command will not help me …

All I could suggest is to keep your eyes on the replacement pool and when the number of pool replacement A6M3's is approaching the number of A6M2's in the squadron (could take a month), transfer them to the same location as the rest of the squadron. With luck, they may upgrade to A6M3's and merge with the other group.

I had this happen playing against the AI and used the 'extra' squadron of M3's as they were. Mine had a strength of 17 planes and the other full squadron of M2's remained at 24.
