hi i have a prob i have panzercorp full game and have 1939, 40, 41, 42, 44east and 44west all was working well until i transfered game folder to a external hard drive to free up space on my pc but now cant get the campaigns to load they are in the folder but get them to load and my download time has lapsed help thanks

Hi welcome.
It doesn't work that way. You cannot move your game folders to an external drive. Can't you move back to the same folder where they were originally installed?

If not then you've to uninstall the game and then install it again. If you need to download your game again and your download link is expired please contact our Help Desk or contact support@plimus.com and we will be happy to reactivate your download for you.

If you bought the games here on Matrix, there is something you can try.

Login on the Matrix homepage with the account you used to buy the games.

After you logged in the bar should now say "Welcome (account name)" like this,


Click on "My products" and then "My Orders" as shown here,


This will list all your purchases on the left with a link to download again.

Thanks Dragoon, that's an alternative as well, but I think it will only work if you are log in your Matrix Members account when ordering the game.
