January 2013 FPRS News

As we get closer to an official release statement (waiting on box art and some info to change hands) we would like to let you know what we are up to.

Rob is busy with AI tweaks and bug fixes. We are also revamping some of the counter layout in order to show more information at a glance as to the state of the unit. Rob is also working with Matrix on the PBEM implementation to meet our game's unique needs.

Steve is hip deep in scenario design and balance. He is also fighting off flu related issues too.

I'm putting the finishing touches on the data files, testing and jumping over to help Steve with scenarios. Basically fixing what I have broken with the new data structures for formations.

For those of you wishing to help with beta testing, we will be looking for a handful of folks to test the multiplayer aspects of the game. As soon as we know more we will let you know.

Great news Capn Darwin [;)]. If you need help with the beta I would love to help out, I recently rediscovered my old FPG game and fell in love all over again [:'(]

Ummm PBEM... maybe you are working in use the Slitherine PBEM system in FPG2???

Expect have time enough to join Beta squad [:D]
