Does anyone have a current email contact for Todd? I tried contacting him using the email listed in his scenarios with no success.
I was trying to see if I could use some of his TOEs for a new WWII scenario.
thanks in advance

Kamerad LOK_32MK,
like Tim McBride, ye'ole Todd seems to be off the radar, so to speak. Me and BigDuk66 tried to contact him, too.

When in doubt, just mention him in your scenario regarding the TO&E. I had the same problem with one of
the original Kharkov '43 scenario creators; Joao Lima *who's still in cyberspace* and Mark Pustovrh, who also seems to be off the screen.

Jolly good show! I thought you were on the 3:10 to Yuma!
I remember the days of ye'old web when you inspired me with your Age of Rifles scenarios!!!!
About the TO&E for TOAW; I also referred to your site *in case I release the beta of Kharkov '43* in the documentation for it.

Yes, like most of Norm's games, it was ahead of it's time. It worked quite well, even for Napoleonic, but the casualties should have been tweaked; I remember assaults and melees with 1,000+ dead, wounded, etc. soldiers. Still, the system worked fine for what it wanted to achieve. I still got the periodic music pieces in my ears
