Game Removal

Hello
I have two PBEM games on my stack.
1. vs Zitadelle - this was a game we had to abandon due to a fatal error.
2. vs sscherton - game started 28th December. From memory he played one turn and I haven't heard from him since. I cannot get rid of these myself and would appreciate your assistance.

I hope not. It is my understanding that abandoned games are increasing and I suspect that this could cause frustration.

You should be able to claim & close games that are over 30 days old. Does that not work?

Claim and close is not working for me either. I also have a couple of other games that are short of the 30 days but unusable due to crashes. (including the one >30 days). This may be the cause of the problem.

We will try to squeeze the fix in the upcoming patch. Hopefully this problem is not too annoying.

1) There is a bunch of games between you and Zitadelle. Which one do you want removed?
2) I am not finding any games for username "sscherton". Could you double-check the name?

Date Issued - 13/12/2012 22:56 - warspite1 as Entente Allies
The other game is:
Date issued - 28/12/2012 09:44 - warspite1 as Central Powers - the spelling is sschert
