Hex/hexside ownership

I used the W to display this but as you can see from the pic the hex with both sides in it shows no control. Why is this, it's the first time I've ever seen this effect?

I've seen it before- did you both move into the hex during the same phase?

No. The Chinese were first, I followed two or three turns later however I did not notice the problem then. I believe it happened when I moved a new in sometime later but I do not have a save before the problem.

Quite strong at least 4 corps. I've added a save of when I think it happened.

A new unit is about to move into hex 81,37 from 82,36. Makes no difference to the problem as the hex still shows no ownership.
