Renamed German teams

Hi,
Renamed the German teams file so it easier to understand what units you have when in game
just unzip it and swap this file (AxsTeams.txt) with the original (save your original)
file is located:
C:\Matrix Games\Close Combat Panthers in the Fog\DATA\BASE
note: will have to be redone after any Matrix patches
