Monsun u-boats

Is there any reference in the game to Operation Monsun? meaning any chance of Japan getting some Type IX submarines?
just curiosity really; their impact to the Pacific war was minimal

I didn't see any with the editor in scenarios 1 and 2.

Scenario 10 -Ironman, includes Type IX U-boats.

If you haven't seen it yet the link has transcripts of the interrogations of some of the survivors (sunk by a Dutch sub) of U-168 which was one of the German subs deployed to the Indian Ocean.
