I have played the Campaign Game through to the end of March 1944 when I get this error message anytime I try to load a land unit at any port to a transport or amphibious TF. I have re-played Feb-March 44 from a saved game and it happens once again. Anybody encounter this problem?

Usually means you have managed to fill up all available slots for fragments. Can you attach a save as a zip file here?

I will have to work on getting a zip file together, but if you are correct, considering the more frequent amphib assaults and movement of land units across the Pacific, wouldn't this become a more common issue for many/most players later in the game? As far as I can tell, nobody else seems to have encountered this issue.
