"OUTSTANDING" customer support by Mr. Christian Bassani

I would like to bring to your attention what I - (as a "long time" customer of both Slitherine and Matrix) consider to be an example of "OUTSTANDING" customer support by Mr. Christian Bassani.

I recently upgraded my PC hardware and OS to a Win 7 Gaming Beast. I initially hoped to "port over" my installed games from my old pc to my new pc using a "special" piece of software. Unfortunately that did not work out. Because of this I then had to "reinstall" a large number of my war games - mostly older titles from Matrix that I had purchased over the years. I had "backed up" the original digital download installs - but due to a recent move lost some of the backup DVDs. After reading the appropriate section of customer support on the Matrix website, I completed a "Help Ticket" in order to try and recover (at least some of) the initial install downloads of the games I had lost.

It was my "good fortune" to be assigned Christian as my help desk technician. After reading my help ticket - he immediately set me up with a way I could download my missing games. It was NOT simple for him to do - some of the needed games required him to go back to "Digital River" to get a copy. I know he really didn't have to go that far - as it clearly states on the Matrix website that their Help Desk will "try" to recover older games. But Christian (due to his tireless efforts) was able to recover "EVERY" title that I needed. I cannot praise him enough for his efforts in what I consider to be "above and beyond" the "call of duty".


Please "take note" of his efforts - people like Christian is why I remain a loyal customer of both Slitherine and Matrix.

Christian Bassani helped me with some issues about a year ago and I agree that he offers "OUTSTANDING" customer service.

I had the same experience this fall when he helped me enormously after I had a hard drive fail.
Christian Bassani got all my games back to me over part of a morning. Outstanding service.

Thanks guys - they team really appreciate getting this feedback as while they do try to help everyone, not everyone can be helped and some people can get pretty angry when they don't get what they wanted so this helps balance things up and keep up morale!
