Reinforcement airgroups not arriving

Using latest official patch 1108r9 with babes mod scenario.
PBM game I am the japs. 3 CVE carrier airgroups are due to arrive for the Taiyo,Unyo,Chuyo. They are stuck at 2 days on the reinforcements schedule and will not arrive. All 3 escort carriers are on the map ie not sunk. Screenshot of the airgroup reinforcement schedule attached.

Thoughts w/o seeing your actual savegame but are those ships in repair yard for damage or currently upgrading? Enough Kates to fill them out in the pool?

Thank-you for your suggestions. The escort carriers are in port but not damaged or upgrading. There are plenty of kates available in the pool.

Does the base where the ships are located have enough supply? As the group is arriving separate to the ship, it follows upgrade rules (ie supply >20K + required)

The escort carriers are all in port and there is plenty of supply. screendump of the port attached.

I thought there was plenty of supply at the port but at your prompting I increased the supply level some more. Voila ! The delayed carrier airgroups arrived next turn. So the problem was supply related. Thank-you for your suggestion.
