1792 Ultimate Scenario for PBEM

Just to let everyone know, I am currently working on what I call the 1792 Ultimate Scenario.
As of this point, the plans are:
1) Correct several map errors (like the Polish and Papacy capitols)
2) Creation of minors that existed in 1792 (like Courland)
3) Allowing the proper levee of minor countries (at least some of them has already been confirmed possible)
4) Fixing starting forces (major power militias that start in protectorates, etc)
5) Creating a minimum mobile force for all protectorates controlled by a major power "at start"
6) Fixing Special Regional Powers AND properly informing players which provinces need to be controlled.
7) Inclusion of "all generals" from 1792 through 1815. This will also contain dates general should be removed because of natural deaths (players will have to remove in game through treaties). Included will be rules for "out of game" determination of leader deaths in combat, if desired.
8) Also if desired will be special rules representing revolutionary France, covering arrest and execution of leaders for failing to win victories. Only revolutionary France will gain the +20 NM/turn benefit.
