Is it normal that when finishing the last battle of a campaign you go directly back to the scenario screen? No possibility to see the results on the debriefing screen?

You should see the Debrief screen with a message letting you know the campaign is over.  You can review the high-level campaign stats on the Campaign tab of the Debrief screen.  'Next' from the debrief screen will take you back to the Command screen.
