Hello everyone!

I failed to find any other proper place for this thread, so i`m posting this information here. Moderators - please be free to move/remove this thread if you decide that it does not belong here.

I`m developing a new board game set in traditions of old space 4x video games (such as Master of Orion, Space Empires etc). The game (named Lord of The Stars) has reached the stage where i have a lot of its elements to show and explain how they are working. There is a playable prototype (in Russian as i`m from RF) that i`m using to play test. The game is almost finished, but i need an artist to make race arts and some rulebook decorative scenes.

Lords of The Stars game is intended to be an international product. It will be translated into English once i get my first Russian prototype from my publisher.

Have you put the prototype game up on http://boardgamegeek.com/. Great community there and lots of support and advice. Also have you considered http://www.kickstarter.com/discover/cat ... ef=sidebar to fund the game?

Kickstarter does not support Russians, so that`s unfortunately not an option for me ( That`s why i have an IndieGoGo campaign instead.

Because English is the mother tongue of the whole world......... Isn't it?

Most of what you see On IndieGoGo page is translated in English due to it being an English site. It would be odd if i`ve launched Russian-only campaign there.

But the current prototype is in Russian, thus all the photos are showing Russian names, texts and numbers.
