Please see attached. The Russian AI has not attacked anywhere for the last four turns. Am I just better after having played several CB games or is there a problem with the AI?

It attacks with me with air and land. But i see you did make some modifications to the scenario.

It could be the Soviet AI feels really defensive for some reason.
