I just purchased CEaW and am wondering if there is an ability to play hotseat mode and skip having to play the AI? Is PBEM the only way to play all sides solitaire? AI has always stood for Artificial Ignorance as pertains to computerized war games and I'm hoping I can easily play CEaW in something like a hotseat mode so I don't have to suffer the sheer ignorance of an AI. Never found a good AI in any game.

If there is no hotseat mode for CEaW then I certainly won't buy any other games in this series as they'll likely not have that ability either. I sure hope that I don't have to hassle with playing PBEM with myself just to enjoy playing the game solo. I hope there is an easier way to play the game in hotseat mode that circumvents the AI.

I found the multiplayer option in the main startup screen. Too bad that it wasn't properly explained in the manual, would have saved me some angst.
