New patch issue

I have tried to download the new patch and I got a message from the computer saying the program was not compatible - check if you need 32-bit or 64-bit. Any ideas what on earth that means please and what I need to do?

The file could be corrupted, download it again.

It worked 3rd time - thanks. One thing I have noticed though. The Canadians have started in Canada not the UK.

We hoped this was fixed, so back on the new patch list... sigh.
