what to do with KG Harder?

what do you all do with KG Harder? its too small to be affective against the brits by itself....i dont think it ever gets any more squads in its BG.
do you guys Merge it with another BG? or what?
i havent had any luck getting the tank when its a reserve BG, stacked with Brinkmann.
