Can anyone give a walkthrough for using the editor? Tried a few times and seem to become embroiled in too many details with little progress. Especially frustrated by there being a limit to the admin points. Seem to use them up.

How to do any of it? Would love to clean up the '42 campaign, add some Axis strength to '43 campaign, etc.
