When in Windows mode (I have Vista) and utilizing commands on the PanzerCorps dashboard to the right and clicking buttons, repeatedly the whole window gets suddenly and unintentionally dragged across the desktop -- this happens if one doesn't release the click before moving the mouse cursor arrow pointer back to the game area.
Resizing the window is difficult or impossible at times.
Also, the Windows mode will not allow the pointer to move out of the game window to access anything in Windows--the start button or anywhere else on the taskbar...

Well, I got no reply from anyone.
I've figured it out. You can re-size the playing window or easily multitask to windows while you are in Panzer Corps intro screens or main menu screen but not from the opened game screen.
The problem with inadvertently dragging the whole game screen across the desktop remains if one doesn't carefully release the mouse button after executing a command using the dashboard.
