With the help of suggestions on this forum, I did capture Leningrad before the blizzards arrived. Now the Soviets are making a major effort to cut off and recapture the city. Anybody have an suggestions on the best way to hang on to Leningrad? Also, can Leningrad be supplied by the Germans through Finland assuming the RR network has been repaired and is connected if Leningrad has been cut off below the city? Also, how effective are the German Panzer Divisions at counter attacking breakthrough Russian units in general during the blizzards of the first winter?

Helsinki is an Axis supply source so unless Leningrad is cut off from both North and South it'll be in supply.If it's threatened I would put both the German mountain divisions up there.Together with the Finns they should hold it.
