I haven't really looked in the game directory yet but there's got to be one there, in the game or online somewhere.

I am a veteren SSI Steel Panthers player but have only recently started playing SPWAW. They have added quite a bit and changed some stuff too. If I had a manual printed out or online it would aid in the learning curve.

There's a .PDF file in the root directory of the game.
It's only updated to v5., I think, but it's better than nothing.

This thread addresses the currentness (spelling?) of the 5.0 manual.
