Map Maker broken?

Hi,

After a long hiatus I reinstalled the game and wanted to do some accurate maps. I encountered several problems with the map maker I never seen before.

1) It is not possible to add or modify textures because the button is behind the texture image (see the picture)

2) Heightmaps imported from Google Earth are really crude horizontally. It is better to import them with another program.

3) No matter how simple the terrain maps are (like with 4 basic colours, no antialiasing) there is always the message that more than 32 unique colours are used. I guess that's why automated terrain creation doesn't work.

I hope these problems are fixed soon.

Keke,

Check your screen resolution, and also your default font size and style. I just checked and didn't have the above issues.

see image below.

Thanks

Check your DPI Display size and set it to 96(100%) in case it's higher.

Thanks! I don't remember ever adjusting it, but obviously I had. It solved the colour problem too!
