It also looks like the High Resolution DLC from GTOS will be standard issue with the new game GTMF.

Is this a DLC or new Standalone game? I thought it was going to be a new game.

This is a new stand alone game with a new engine.
GTOS and GTMF will be two separate games.

It also looks like the High Resolution DLC for the vehicles and guns from GTOS will be standard Issue with GTMF.

Is Mius Front all Tanks? I don't see any infantry.
Do we know anything about what is in the NEW engine?

No the Mius Front isn't all tanks,there will be plenty of infantry and support weapons.
The new infantry modeling is still being worked on and those screen shots were the only ones that Andrey has released so far.
Look at the Graviteam forums for new Summer uniforms for some shots of the infantry modeling being worked on.
As far as specific Engine changes-I don't have a clue.
Andrey hasn't released much in the way of details except for a few minor hints at what will be new for the next engine,but the Google translation still leaves me a little perplexed as to what it is He is actually saying.
