Just to be sure before I buy,I can install the Matrix version of Pride of Nations and then buy and download the DLC on sale by AGEOD?

Yes you can. We'll also have this DLC available here in May.

Any thoughts of bundling the game and DLC's into one package? I have been holding off buying to see if this will be an option.

Its possible - we have so much to do just to get the line up available here that that is the priority for now. Once we have that all set up we can look at bundle packs. We're releasing 1 title a week for the forseable future not counting the DLC's so things are busy here!

May has come and gone, people from slitherine,matrix and ageod have all posted here recently and yet no one can say when they will release the dlc.
