Updated Bulgarians and Poles

I've had this posted at the Blitz for quite awhile, forgot to post here, as it is so dead anymore!

Added an ATR section for use in my Battle of Szack scenario. The above EF Bulgarian weapons.pdt/pdx includes this as well, so if overwriting existing files, update the Poles first, then unzip the Bulgarians.
Scenarios for these are at the Blitz, will try to post here as well later.
