bleprint means that parts of ship are curently designed and unit is in pipeline (preparation to start actual construction), in game terms it means it take no resources to build, but cant be accelarated/stoped, it can be only stoped/accelaredt once it reach keel laid stadium (queued/building).

Yes, you writed it just fine (assuming by stadium you meant status, otherwise a soccer game would have to break out before proceeding).[;)]

I hear the Gorn are the bad guys in the new Star Trek movie coming out any day now in the US. Think it might already be out in Europe. They blow up a space station in the first scene or something. What I heard anyway.
