I have just purchased the mega pack and was able to load the campaigns under the "Classified" tab.

How do I load the 150+ scenarios as advertised?

You mean to play them an single standalone scenarios? They were balanced to play in campaign, but if you want to play them as standlone then take a look at this thread:
