Won't let me register

I have been unable to register PON in the members forum. At first I received the message "key invalid" (or something like that). But I know it was the same key I used to install the game. After a few attempts to register the game and getting this error message I am now getting the error message "key already used". I know I am inputting the key correctly and I also know that I haven't successfully registered this key yet as PON does not show up in my registered games.
