Cannot Load

I bought the game a few weeks ago and it downloaded okay and I was able to play the game. Following my computer crash (and subsequent repair) I have tried loading again but cannot. I get all the way to the end and then get a message:
Program can't start because d3dx9_31.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing.
I have tried a second time but get the same response.
Can someone help please?

Hi warspite1,
I suppose you have already re-installed the game, so I will suggest you to download DirectX from the site below:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... redist.exe
Run the downloaded file and extract the files to a folder of your choice. Next open that folder and locate a file named "DXSETUP.exe". Run the game and check if the issue persists.
Make also sure that you're login to Windows using an administrator account.
