It would really help if you could provide more information. Most of the people on this website are not mind readers.
Are you referring to the TOAW scenario "Sealion40 ver 2.1 ACOW" by Greg Lawrence?
If you are, then you will find the latest version (3.0) of that scenario called "Sealion 1940" in the TOAW III, WW II - West Front folder.
Once again, you will be much better off posting questions such as these in the TOAW forum NOT the Unofficial Tech Support forum.

There is no TOAW scenario named Operation Sealion. I must know the correct name of the scenario in order to help you.

That scenario was created for ACOW 100 so it cannot be loaded directly into TOAW III. However, as noted above, there is an updated version of this scenario under a new name "Sealion 1940" in the WW II - West Front folder. Enjoy.
