Crash after deleting last remaining savegame

Hi,
I am playing CTGW latest patch on a win7 64bit system.
Every time I delete old savegames I get a crash after deleting the very last savegame file.
I get the message: " bad numeric conversion negative overflow". The same happens, when deleting just the first empty line of the save game page (then no error message is displayed).
It is not a game breaker but somehow annoying.
