A Japanese Production Primer

I have seen a lot of requests for this over time, so I thought I would create one. [:)] As I am not an expert by any means, I am hoping the community here will correct me gently [:)] for any inaccuricies.

Very well, I will do my best. It's inaccuracies. Haven't looked at your primer, but thank you, I'll probably benefit from your perspective.

I thought this would be good even for those that just play the Allied side too since it is always good to 'know thine enemy' and all of that [;)]
