I just purchased and download estimate is close to an hour and a half. What gives?

I just bought it a couple hours ago, and it took about 20 minutes. My download rate varied from 800kb/sec to 1.6mb/sec throughout.

I bought the game at Slitherine and took about 15 minutes to D/L
